Event Brief

With the rise of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, disruptive changes have been made to the management systems, teaching systems, and operational mechanisms of today‘s schools. It has also presented unprecedented challenges to education and construction workers – we need to explore how to build a green, smart and future-oriented new campus from a brand new perspective. At the same time, how to build a campus management supervision platform, build a campus security system, introduce new technologies, green materials and multimedia teaching equipment, and create a future campus suitable for students’ diversified and independent development have become the key of development. Nowadays, integrating existing educational information resources, opening up the application of software and hardware equipment in teaching and campus security management, and building green, smart and future-oriented new campus are both requirements of national policies and an inevitable trend of social development.

The “2019 China Campus⁺ Summit” will be held from May 16 – 17, 2019 in Shanghai, China. This summit will further explore the development trend of China‘s basic education, and deeply understand the purpose of the national standard “Smart Campus Overall Framework”, strengthen the deep integration of innovative technology and education and teaching management, and realize the sharing of high-quality resources, promote education equity. The summit aims to bring together domestic K12 education schools and architectural design institutes, leading equipment and service providers to discuss the future development, opportunities and challenges of China’s smart campus, exchange technological innovation and cultural innovation, and share smart campus construction design and management experience.
